    Seemed like there was confusion all around on the rest. I, for one, took every available second and did box jumps and scaled it down to a few 45# plates as well. Not fun.

    I did the same thing Joaquin. David looked at me like I was crazy when I was finished. Thanks Coach!! Oh and thanks a lot for having NO faith in my box jump overs....

    So Coach Cody neglected to share with me the all-important 90-second rest component of The Suck. When someone shared that info with me while I was on the 3rd round already, Cody just laughed at me. Then told me that only a sissy would take the rest. In the same vein, he made DavidB use the 24" box. Cody is evil.
