3 x 1 Set of Hypoxic KB Swings -> 10 Thrusters (115/75)
*Hypoxic = 1 breath 1 rep. then 1 breath 2 reps. then 1 breath 3reps. Try to see how many reps you can build up. Soon as you fail on X number in 1 breath go straight into 10 thrusters. Do this 3x!
