    It took all I had to talk myself into doing this wod. Even after scaling both the weight + thruster reps , it was still really tough. As for the thank you..... You all are very welcome. I am happy/enjoy that I am in position to coach in general... Then, add the fact of the quality of people Im in touch with doing so... I appreciate you guys.

    Ugh... that was ugly. I was down to 3 thrusters each minute before the halfway mark just so I could get in 5-7 burpees each time. It felt sooooo good when it was over, though. And also: THANKS NEAL!
