    Shout out to the entire endurance crew for throwing some elbows at Saturdays Sprint for Cancer 5K and 10K. Great effort by the whole crew, but a special shout out to Gabriela and Adam Norton - both running their first 10K distance race ever! And it was only Nays second 10K. Such an inspiring group! Strong people are harder to kill, but being fast also helps.
