    Gale, when we had our little chat about FR lunges the other day, I was really hoping that you were going to choose the "never do them again" option. I see youve gone with the "more frequently" choice.

    Oddly it isnt my butt that hurts but my quads. My legs were shaking so bad doing those lunges that I could barely keep the bar steady.

    Why is it that lunges no matter what/who/how will always leave your backside sore! I think I could do one lunge and still get sore...

    Well said, AndyL. I dont like hearing people talk down their workouts, just because it was scaled. Its a workout, it does not (or should not) define who you are.

    Just something to chew on, especially for the newer Strong fahmulee members: non-rx doesn`t mean you`re less of a CrossFitter than anyone else. It doesn`t matter if you dropped the weight on the snatches or used bands on the pull-ups; if you pushed yourself as hard as you could and got a great workout, then it`s a win. Don`t forget to be proud of what you`ve accomplished in your CrossFit journey so far, even if you haven`t accomplished all of your goals yet.
