    TWO days until the 1st Opens WOD is released.....THREE days until the Strong Fam-uh-lee takes it on! If you are not participating, please come out Friday night to watch & cheer on those who are!!! The energy & atmosphere is like no other!!!! Im super duper excited!!!

    If anyone is interested this is just over an hour long session From Kelly Starrett regarding Mobility and gets into a bit more detail than he would be able to on the MWOD site as generally they are 3-4 minutes long. Such as CNS, posture, breathing, etc.

    Its worth a look when you have some free time. Its on YouTube so you can pause and go back at your leisure.
