--We always have the opportunity to meet inspiring athletes being on CrossFit L1 Seminar Staff. Krystal really caught us all off guard this weekend (2/22/14) by her dedication, great spirit, and everything she had already accomplished. She has a great blog here http://sweatbloodandtears.me/ . It was really cool because she had already adapted to CrossFit foundational moves before arriving to the seminar! We dedicate this lil WOD to her.

    60 rx @ 95, then another 38 at 115

    Completed the first grouping at Rx weight (95#), but only increased to 115# when it was time to increase weight on the second grouping. I then did 10 thrusters, 15 t2b, 5 thrusters for a total of 90 reps.

    you guys are rx up to the point of having to change the weights. So if you started with 15 thrusters and 15 t2b then you are rx for 30 reps...so post your rx scores...

    We are going to be doing a a little competition with CrossFit 556 in McKinney. Abi Grove and I programmed this to get us into the competitive mode for opens this week!
