First time Ive ever successfully made 60 burpees and had time left for anything else.
I cant do MUs yet, but as of this week, on Monday for the first time I did a pull-up without using bands or boxes, and today I strung together 5. Its not much, and it took me 14 months to get to that....but at least I can finally do it! Lets do pull-ups on Monday please!

very cool, Justin!! I didnt quite make it back to burpees:) muscle ups are now my weakness. and obviously getting a bit stronger has made me worse at math-it was 3 years ago. my how time flies when youre at Crossfit Strong!

Thats great Shelby. To 2nd that, I had the same experience in 2011 doing this WOD. Did the burpees and got a score of 60 because I couldnt OHS the 120#. 3 years later, got through the OHS, muscle ups and back to burpees.

Just wanted to encourage everyone to sign up for the Opens! Its a great way to track your progress over time. When we did this wod 2 years ago, I finished the 60 burpees and then spent the remaining time trying over and over again to jerk the 90lbs up from my back to attempt an OHS. I never got the weight overhead... Today, 2 years and a lot of hard work later, I was able to finish the OHS and move on to the MUs. I dont share this to brag but to encourage you to work on your form, slowly start increasing your weight in wods, and ATTACK YOUR WEAKNESSES! I promise you it will pay off!!!
