    Funny this WOD is called "Head Banger" because thats exactly what I did! Now I have a knot on my forehead and a headache to go along with it :(
    Great workout though! My max weight was 90lbs (I got the power snatch at 95lbs...just not the hang snatch. BOO!)

    Why do you do all the FUN WODS on my off days? Two of my favorite movements in one WOD and nothing else mixed in with a little endurance!!! Can a girl get a heads up the next time this WOD comes up for rotation. :-)
