    So. If it were up to me (which its not), 530 should take a few seconds off their time today - they had to run through the smog of SKUNK this morning! Crossfit is about training for the unknown, right?!

    And sorry to the other morning classes that had to smell Gia the rest of the morning! Poor girl got sprayed too.
