    Sign Up! Sign Up! This WOD is really tough but a wonderful way to pay tribute to these brave men and women (and one dog) who gave their lives in honor of our country.

    It was great to see some real fighting through the pain in 6:30. Angie Harrington is a machine! I met some girl named Monica Stephens this morning. She looked familiar.
