    Nothing is more frustrating than being so worried about a Push Press that you forget to do Front Squats... therefore wasting energy... and ruining any hopes of doing it again with the front squats.... FART!

    All of the Open events will consist of running, lunges, and one-armed rowing, right? Im sooo in!

    We have 66 people signed up for the Open, I think we should at least be at 75+. Absolutely everyone should sign up, no matter how long youve been at Strong. If its a money thing, email me jake@competeeveryday.com and lets talk. ill sponsor you. All of us joined CrossFit to push our limits, change our health, and be a part of the community. Theres no better opportunity for all of this than the Open. I highly highly highly encourage everyone to sign up.
