    @Gale - maybe we could encourage more people to sign up if you were willing to do 2 burpees for everyone who signs up! ;)

    I just wanted to encourage EVERYONE to sign up for opens or at least stop by to cheer the competitors on! You really dont want to miss out!! Also, the coaches are doing a burpee for everyone who signs up! That should be a good enough reason to sign up in itself! Hope to see everyone out there! Im excited!

    Its time! Next week the entire world will be doing the same workouts and seeing where they stack up. BUT, dont think of the Opens as an advanced athlete or "Skerd" only thing. IT IS ONE OF THE MOST EXCITING TIMES WE GET TO SHARE TOGETHER HERE AT STRONG. If youve never been a part of Open at Strong, sign up, and/or come to the Satruday WODs to see. Bring a cooler... bring a snack... hang out and watch all of your boxmates push themself further than they thought possible.... putting it all on the line and giving it their all. IT IS AMAZING! SEE YOU THERE!
