    Had to listen to my own advice this morning! I was on round 2 and squat 1 and just decided I didnt want to workout. So I laid on my back and thought of 20 reasons why I should not keep going. 1. I stayed up to late. 2. Grayson woke up early. 3. I didnt eat very much this morning. 4. This is not when I like to work out. 5. I would keep going if someone else was here.

    I hated myself for feeling that way, so I got back up and finished because if it was you laying on the floor I would have been their "encouraging" you. It is ok sometimes to feel mentally defeated...I was this morning....what matters is that you finish what you started. I am glad I got back up and finished this wod.

    I am off to California for a couple of days, you guys have fun and work hard. see you when I get back. I had to wipe the sissy off my face!
