    How do you register for the opens? I went to the games website and clicked on the tab that said registration starts today but it doesnt give me any direction from there to sign up. Hmm if anyone can help that would be great! Thanks guys

    This gets me excited for CFG2013 fo sho!!! The noon class was so loud & intense...yes it took us abt 50mibs to get ready for the WOD but during the actual 10mins, the energy was high!!! Cant wait for the Opens!!!

    I remember this one... because i didnt do it... because my shoulder was hurt during this wod... Im excited to give it a go.
