    @Jeremy - Paul`s leaving in the morning. Ill be in Amarillo til around 2pm. Ill drive down straight from the airport, and were both staying over Friday night. I think Paul may be looking for a ride partner.

    @Becca, if our athletes fell to the same standards as many of the competitors did that day, we could have scored much higher. Instead, we did it right, the way our coaches taught us.

    Heck, Kelly Link added an extra foot above the target on every Wall Ball shot.

    I will say, Im very grateful for having to endure burpee penalties on wall balls. On the modified Karen WoD, I was able to score very well knowing that I dont need as many breaks as I once thought I did.
