    Reason #3425 to be thankful for my box - WoD this morning at a drop-in here in VA, were doing "Hope." When reviewing the wod, the coach addresses the power snatch movement, and I kid you not, he says, "theres not really any technique to a power snatch, its not like a real snatch, you just kind of flip it up."

    I cant wait to come home.
