    Adam and I carried him down the alter!! And we met Adams girl....What a doll!!! I hope we get to go to their wedding when the time comes.

    @Coach, I know I had the mod with the one-armed KB, but it still felt way easier this way.

    Even though my time wasn`t faster, I think in theory this one should be faster. Helen ends with KB swings, which you can only do so fast, but ending with a 400m gives you a little more variability.

    It was cool to see some of our original members keep in touch with the CFS fam-uh-lee and invite us to their wedding!

    @all -- If you did Helen in the past, what do you think about the way we did it this time? was it easier? the stimulus (exercises) and amount of work done was the same, but in different order. What are your thoughts? I havent done it yet, my guess it that it will be easier...maybe faster...
