    Got it tower, the pattern is full. I was thinking total 25 total sets. I understand now, 2 rounds of 5 with 2 minutes rest in between. One (being only me) might understand to do 5x5 ~ thanks again

    Neal - negative Ghost Rider. Score is total workout time, so all 10 rounds and the 2 minutes of rest included.

    @Neal - you do the entire set of 4 (PC, HSC, J, run = 1 round) 5 times, then rest 2 minutes, and then do the 5 rounds again.

    Is each round 5 rounds of the 4 exercises and then rest 2 minutes? 5 rounds x 5 ? Probably not, but Im also confused by the times posted thus far if the rest is included with the total time. The rest alone is 10 minutes. Anyone that can clarify for me would be great. When Im out of town, I want to stay aligned with the programming so I want to get it right. Thanks much In advance.

    Are there any plans for special holiday workouts or holiday closings yet, or is that all too far in the future?
