    Some big props this morning. Paul Bailey flew through the 25 push-ups unbroken, more than doubling his last PR, right behind Jake T. Michelle Read is just nutso fast on this one, and Mylien killed the Lurong double-under performance challenge with over 200 reps. It was a really good Friday morning in the box.

    Also, very cool news - Chris Limbaugh just found out this morning that he passed his L1 cert!
