    All I have to say is I like te activity on the boards. We didnt come close to yesterdays comments. I may have to stir up some controversy tomorrow. It doesnt mean who can make the most awkward comment (PaShun you win by default)

    Jason, Ive been known to workout bare foot when forgetting shoes, but I just dont see how lunges in a pencil skirt would work. Im still very disappointed. I dont know if I can make it tomorrow so that will only be two wods this week.

    Yeah that diet intimidates the hell outta me. I like food too much and my drinks if Im being honest :).. Cant blame anyone but myself when you guys start shrinking tho eh!? Yikes. :)

    Deveney is pretty much the guru of eating paleo at any restaurant in Dallas that you wouldnt think you can get paleo meals. Like Tin Star.
