    My leeeeeeegs after this one... Ouch- Did this at work this morning with an official counter, he was tough on me. I ended up with 6 "no reps" to reach the 150. Make sure you hold yourself to standard and/or your desired target. Get the ball where it belongs, and get your depth on each rep as well. Roll out after
