    .... I couldnt muscle the walk walls .... I did the last 4 rounds on the box touching the chest 30 times per round .....
    something to work on ....

    this workout looks so fun! I hate that I missed it but I am super-sore from Chelsea. Tommy had to wrap my upperbody with ice packs last night...I looked like some sort of weird ice-mummy.
