    I heard all about mama cat chasing people to get them to run faster. Wish I would have been there to see it. Wish she would have been there to chase me...I could have used some pushing!

    Real proud of you Cat.....saw you doing your Rx pullups. I guess we got our shoulder back!!

    GREAT JOB everyone - i agree with Charlie!

    SCALING - we put a time cap on workouts so that you have something to shoot for! We KNOW that you can run an 800 & do pull ups & dips - we want you to push yourself to get those 5 rounds done w/in a certain time AND with INTENSITY!!!

    Mama Cat was in full swing today! Earphones on and all chasing Leah down during the 5:30am class and then went after Kim in 6:30am.
    You know you are in trouble when your on the way back from the 800m run and Mama Cat is standing in the parking lot yelling/cheering you on as you run by!
    I think next time you need Gales bullhorn! :)
