    Jason, you must still be lightheaded from the wod - no one has ever seen Becca work out. Maybe she should join classes more often just to prove that she practices what she preaches...

    Yeah, but it enabled us to WoD with you, Becca. She showed us how its done. I think she was done her burpees when the rest of us were finishing up our pull-ups.

    I liked the HSPU component. I wish I was better at them. I gave it a shot, though. Ive never been so glad to count a final burpee.
