    I havent felt this bad (in a good, weird Crossfit way) after a WOD in a long time. I second Andys suggestion on the hips - explosive power from the hips will save your shoulders from the dirty work. We havent done power snatch in a long time....I would suggest you recap the movement in the skills session at the end of the warm-up!

    oh man, this one was fun for me about 5 minutes after it was over and i caught my breath... another round and I would have been changing a trash bag

    @ Charlie- DU being off= thoughts of completing the WOD non-Rx mid WOD. Glad I didnt but I was close. DU= DONKEY!! Otherwise great WOD, agreed!!

    I think the key to this one is whether or not you use your hips on the power snatches. If you don`t your shoulders will get worn out which will hurt on the double unders.
