    we must have counted each run a round... makes more sense to me from my rounds today as compared to the first.

    @shel and celina- I was wondering the same thing and I think it was diff weight was used. I think last time was heavier weight???

    I agree with Shelby, we must have counted rounds differently last time. I went from 30 to 18 and we did that WOD in my first few weeks of joining the gym so I KNOW I couldnt have done THAT much worse.

    What did we do different last time on this wod? I went from 36 rounds to 23 rounds and the ohs were the same weight. was it the box height? that wouldnt make that much difference, would it???

    @Shelby - I thought it was rounds during the wod so I didnt work all the way through the 3 mins! Somebody told me afterwards it was reps...and I was really dissapointed with my score, so I told other people it was reps. What a mess. Suppose I should just always work through the 3 mins and the let the scoring take care of it itself......

    Hey guys…Don’t forget about the Nutrition Class in the morning. If you have never been through it, you really should give it a try, it is life changing. If you have attended, it’s always good to get a refresher and I always pick up something I missed.

    Gale and Bec do a great job of explaining CF Strong’s’ view on nutrition and simplifying a program that you really can follow.

    @ Peter-they did say reps! they were sneaky and played the switcharoo on us so we would go all the way through the 3 mins:) You gotta watch out for them coaches!

    The score is based on completed Rounds. NOT REPS. So on the run it is down and back = 1. So if you have 21, your score is 10. Same goes for the second part, 16reps = 1. Compare your score to
