"12 Days of CrossFit- done like the song. 1st- sprint. 2nd- bear crawl+sprint. 3rd- rock climber+bear crawl+sprint... etc.
for time:
1 100 yard sprint
2 bear crawls, 50 ft
3 Rock Climbers
4 clean & jerks (35/20)
5 dive bomber pushups
6 knees-to-elbows
7 kb swings
8 Burpes
9 dips
10 DB Snatch (35/20)
11 pullups
12 rocking pistols

--RockClimber - 4 Mountain Climbers(4 knee to chest touches) + 1 Push up

    Great job hanging in there 7:30pm!

    Someone had to wipe up 12 hours worth of sweat with their bear crawls, it might as well have been us.

    Not sure why I thought delaying this WOD until the last possible time would make it any easier...it didnt :)

    Thanks for the shout-outs you guys! I really owe any improvement/success to all the inspiring folks around me :) its the community that drives me to get better, faster, stronger. Im glad I decided to go for the pullups today. 22 of them seemed more approachable than the 100 burpee pullups the other day :)

    Maybe Im weird but I really loved this WOD!

    Shout out to Lindsay M today - when you passed me on the very first bear crawl, I knew you had your game face on! I looked at my LY time and realized I only shaved 1 minute off? :(

    @ Celina- Congrats on RX pullups!!!! What a huge accomplishment! I think getting your pullups down is one of the most gratifying crossfit experiences Ive had:) Way to go!

    @ Leah-this wod has your name all over it! you are a beast when it comes to dips and pull ups. great job!

    I have to say that the women of CFS showed up for this one today, and not just because they were decked out in xmas socks.

    Celina- you have gotten really good at this stuff in a short amount of time
    Jackie- Glad you kept going on your last few "days", even though time was called.
    Cat- Real proud of you. No one would know you just had shoulder surgery less than 5 months ago. You stuck with the PT program, allowed yourself to heal, and Crossfit Cat showed up today!
