    @ anyone who cares- just fyi I did not do skerd girls weight! 185 is way too heavy for me:) I did 155#
    fun wod- great job nooners. I love the big lunch classes these days!

    This was a great wod. I COMPLETELY missed my first box jump after the deadlifts. I maybe jumped 12 inches trying to land on top of a 36 inch box.

    Andrew (A-Woww) had a pretty spectacular fall this morning. Imagine the worst case scenario without getting hurt.

    Since were talking about jumping... who wants to play trampoline dodgeball? I know weve talked about it before but never went. Weekend after Thanksgiving?

    FULL FOOT on the box requires more concentration than plain ole box jumps - please be careful!
