    I am sorry to miss The Squaw...this one must be the newest relative to The Chief and The Indian? Some killer WODs coming up...I can feel it in my tired, sore bones. And a few of us (Jake) are waiting for the hammer to fall and walk into Salt since Pepper was just a recent memory (but I know Gale and Gia dont like running outside when its cold, so Salt might have to wait for a warmer weather forecast).

    @ becca - actually, I was hoping someone from Enduro was going to bring me a hot cup of coffee when they drove up at 1 minute until 6....seeing as how I had been out there since 5 a.m. dropping cones in the PITCH dark with a creepy, huge orange moon (and not the cold Blue Moon Orange Moon kind of moons that I like so much), and then standing around waiting for everyone to get to the cones (Im not calling anyone slow, but Im just saying I was standing around for what seemed to be a LONG time), and then picking up the cones. Forget the apple fritters....just bring coffee next time!

    i did not get to the wod today, but the group mobility was great the other day! it really does help...Im glad to read in the newsletter that Coach Gale is going to be adding more time in the pain cave...

    @jeremyc - Eric and I would like to welcome you to the "extra-short course endurance program" designed specifically for those of us that love running so much. Your slightly sarcastic happiness was much appreciated this morning:) great job!!

    Next week- bear claws, apple fritters, donut holes and pumpkin spice lattes to celebrate finishing?? Just a thought....
