@Andy I think 5 on the push press is good...:)

  • AndyL 11/08/2011 09:10:45

Also, big props to Aaron, who`s rocking it coming out of foundations.

  • AndyL 11/08/2011 08:47:36

It was confusingly brutal, how could I be so bad at the push press?!

    SDLHP - 8
    Box jump - 10
    Push press - 5, ugh
    Row - 5

  • PaulF 11/08/2011 08:30:34

Agreed Justin...brutal, but in a good way. My legs were not looking forward to WBs after yesterday; but as Ashley pointed out, there is some rest in there....

Shout out to CodyH on his first WOD after foundations. Tough first WOD to start you CFS career, but you finished STRONG

  • JustinBell 11/08/2011 07:32:25

Confirmed Mike - brutal, but good WOD.
