    i think the worst was the dumbell press to push up transition. My arms didnt want to work.

    Shout out to EVERYONE who comes to workout at 5:30, 6:00 or 6:30 am..... I ran( or attempted to run) endurance at 6am today, and that was the first time I have worked out that early in over a year.... It is hard!!!! I am amazed that yall do that everyday!!
