    Between the 2 of us, one of us regularly finishes at the top of the list while executing according to the SKERD level programming.

    The other often spends his morning "surviving" the metabolic conditioning at the Crossfit Athlete level (granted, he did accidentally use 95lbs for the 100 OHS today)

    That being said, I am HONORED to call it a tie, truly and absolutely HONORED

    65# 50-25-25 finish 5:50. Improved from regionals. Now if I cld get my upper body to match the legs. This was definitely my type of wod

    @EZ - Impressive knocking out 100 in 7:41 at 95#. I did a couple of shaky demos at that weight for Gale before the WOD and he gently reminded me that I was going to need to scale.
