    I got 12 & 9. The kettle bell had its way with me:)
    @Katherine-you did a great job this morning. Theres a lot to be said for pushing through a tough strength workout when you arent feeling it. Way to go!
    @ Andy-its easy to do lunges fast when you only have to lower your leg 6 inches for your knee to touch the ground. One advantage I have for being short...

    10 & 8... First part was awesome, 2nd part would have been more awesome sans burpees. I think we should bring back the jumping-jack in place of burpees.

    I got 10 and 9, tried to keep up with Shelby but she was a machine on the lunges.

    I love trying to do one round of hspus, Gale shakes head. Awww, one day... one day. Shelby had a great positive attitude this AM when all I wanted to do was go home.

    Lesson du jour: when I quit, stop, give up, I rob my body of its full potential. Whining is a waste of energy better used to work.

    Note to self: dont sit & rest on the mat after lunges.

    Allen: I was 6 and 10. Much better showing on round 2 for me.

    I am curious how people did on the two parts. I was 12 and 10. 2nd AMRAP more miserable than the first.
