    I have to admit. This WOD wasnt that bad, but doing it all alone at 5:30am wasnt fun.

    So i totally called your time kyle. i told Jenn that if it took me 24 mins, it would definitely take you 14 or 15 min. KB werent as bad as i thought they would be. the last two sets of KB were grip forgers!

    I got some encouragement from Gale today, calling me speedy gonzales... I was MOVIN!!! haha

    Cant remember my time; finished around Shooter. Alexis finished before us. Fun little wod, would do it again... almost made myself puke after ghds just to get rid of the headache tho.
