    Only Jorts could be worse than Cargo shorts. I think Kyle can speak to the issues with Jorts or maybe those were Daisy Dukes.

    All, just a reminder...those intetested in car pooling to the lifeasrx event come by the box tonight at 530...ot looks like jake, becca and I were able to get everyone on the list registeted. Your bands are at the box. We need some drivers. Parking is expensive. I am thinking we meet at the box at 8am in the morning and leave from there no later than 830.

    Tip I picked up from Gale. Do NOT workout in cargo shorts. Its just silly and cargo shorts rip your arms up when doing DLs.

    @Gale - Of course there is no testing at this event. You shouldve seen the people already at Europa when we went to check in...I feel like I need to really tan, shave my legs, and inject a few supplements into my system tomorrow so I dont stand out too much. Then again, we may be the only people there they can actually scratch their butt if needs be. haha

    I feel morally obligated to let everyone after the 5:30 am class know that even though the weight was lighter than she wanted it Ashley decided not to change the weight. Gale or Kyle would not have been that gracious.

    My lower half agrees with both Shelby & Sharla. I thought for sure after 2 days on front squats, wed be doing wall balls. So I guess deadlifts were a blessing??????....may need to check the math on that one.

    Tarah- your dad needs to come back when you can really show off some rips from pullups or bearcrawls. Or better yet, he can watch you do Kyles frogger race.

    So just when my quads and booty were sort of recovering from Mondays horrible wod, they throw dead lifts at us. now my hamstrings and back will be sore for a few days:) Great job with programming this week! It was killer!
