    Pete, i did not clog the ladys room. I am an at home take care of business kinda gal. It must have been one of my sisters in arms that needed it. ladies dont usually share that info...so you will never know.

    Congrats Andy! Great story, inspiring and a pleasure to read your Q&A. That said, I must take a minute to address "your knees hurting" comment as its gives me an opportunity to say something I hope people will pay attention to: NEVER LET YOUR FORM SUFFER FOR SPEED DURING A WOD, PERIOD! Practice your form in warmups as required and apply it to the WODs! Youll get stronger with time and speed will come naturally. The downside of rushing a workout and not using correct form = SERIOUS injury, the downside of being slower but using good form = YOULL GET STRONGER! Isnt that why were here?

    @Tanya - Hahaha yes. 300M into the warmup row I knew I need to take care of business before starting the real Butt Blaster. I am curious though, why the plunger was in the girls bathroom. Some cloggage over there from time to time, eh?

    Andy - you are a baller no doubt. You are my Double Under inspiration. One day I will be able to stop doing 3:1 singles....one day.

    no offense to any of the other winners (except maybe charlie and mal, j/k), but you are one of the most deserving winners of the monthly award andy!

    physically, i think your story is one of the most encourging to see someone come so far so quickly.
    mentally, i loved reading your story. i dont know you that well, but you have always come across as a superconfident, incredibly likable guy to me. i am sorry that you have struggled with confidence, but glad it wont be much of an issue for you goinG forward!

    i hope you guys are ahead of plan for software inplementation YTD...

    I think the name of this WOD is also ironic as I promptly clogged the mens toilet this morning after coming in a couple minutes late to the 630 class. Missed like half the warmup. Well I guess you could aruge clogging the toilet was sort of a warump. Ok Ill stop. Thanks for getting the plunger out of the Womens bathrooom Cat. That wasnt super embarrassing or anything.

    Reading Andys athlete of the month bio made me want to work out again...but then I remembered Andy told me the RXd weight was easy and I could do it, and now I cant walk...So sore already....Thanks for the support Andy!

    Isnt it funny how Andys bio came out on the day we did a workout named after his nickname at A&M?...haha

    Always good to see Neal that early in the morning. My knees a little sore from this, which means I didnt maintain good form throughout the lunge. Pay attention to your lunge form!
