    @Cody- that is why I pronounce it "swee-at" so that I can hear both vowels in there and it doesnt confuse me! I try to keep digraphs out of my vocabulary completely!!

    The slip n slide effect was the best part of this wod. I recommend getting a good pre-sweat going before starting the wall climbs. I would also highly recommend staying away from the area on the mats where MattO is working out - he a sweats ALOT.

    "Sweat" is an interesting word. There is a silent "A". In my opinion it should just be "Swet".

    Fun fact: What you call a silent A in the word sweat is known as a DIGRAPH (a group of two successive letters whose phonetic value is a single sound).

    Hip still hurts, but I cant really complain about it without sounding like an old man. It will be good to go tomorrow. Unless I do poorly in the wod, in which case ow my hip still hurts.

    Top 5 hardest workouts in my opinion! Great job to all the morning crews. This one gets very, very slippery with all of the flopping:)

    Great Job AM classes! It was hot and those wall climbers were much harder than I had thought. So thankful for the towels that were put out there for us. Cant wait to do this one again!

    This one definitely gave me a new perspective on the box! First Im up to the ceiling, then climbing backwards up the walls... is today "hot lava" day at CFS so we cant touch the ground?

    Wouldnt have DNFd if I had remembered we started later... woops! All in all, great workout - cant wait to dominate this little gem next time! Great job Shelby and Leah! Rope climbs shmope climbs ;)

    someone needs to invent non-leg burning ropes... and maybe an easier way to walk up a wall backwards on your hands. Definitely benchmark it!

    In a sick and twisted way, i really liked this WOD, and may have been partly responsible for the benchmark suggestion... sorry people! Too good of a WOD not to try it again!

    @Shelby- didnt you start at 00:30 secs? Way to suck it up and climb the rope at the end of this one, you are stronger than you think!
