    In the spirit of praising BECCA, I have to give thanks to her as my original MU teach. Using some of her pointers, I completed my first RX MU WOD today. Gale, I guess your teach in helped too... and perhaps you and Ashley get some credit for designing CFStrong "training regime"...but really, 95% should go to Becca.

    @Gary... great job this morning! Way to stick with the MUs through the whole WOD... especially the last few rounds when youre forearms get tired and youre not really sure that your actually holding on to the rings. Ive definately been there before.
