    @Cody - OH squats, and it was still brutal, props to you guys for doing snatches, Im sure your backs will feel swell tomorrow. Maybe the coaches will bless us with GHDs to help us "recover faster"...

    I like the name...but on that note...remember us asking about an iphone 4...well we found out whos it was, but now it has mysteriously disappeared from Ashleys desk. So if you see one laying around that is not claimed let us know. I am not sure how it just disappeared, but then again...my memory is going pretty quick now a days.

    Killer job today AM squad, def Charlie because I think hes the only person who hates OHS more than me. Always an encouraging start to your week when you wake up early and kick your own butt with friends during a WOD.

    Although I was partially responsible for naming this WOD, I feel that the name somewhat misrepresents the WOD. Sure, it sucks starting the 7th round knowing you have to do 19 OH squats or snatches, but its far from the worst part of my day. For me, waking up at 6am on a holiday is probably the worst.... so maybe we call it the worst part of the AMers day because we all had to wake up so early.

    Or, we should call it the worst part of Charlies day because everyone knows how much he loves his OH squats.

    Props to Mylien for staying strong and continuing the wod after she ate her shit twice on the box jumps. I am not saying that because shes my wife or some shit. ;)
