    @JohnM - Oh Criles and I totally rocked that Cardio Cinema pre-wrkouts before converting to XFit... sometimes... we even cycled.

    @AndyL - Similar sit. this AM... Finished the wod, Gale says, "if youre butt didnt touch the ball, those WBs didnt count... but your DLs looked pretty good for a white girl."

    So, compare this workout to the newest thing at Golds Gym ... Cardio Cinema! You get to watch feature films while you run the treadmill or elliptical (http://www.goldsgym.com/gyms/cardio_cinema.php?gymID=1071)

    I must admit I was more stunned by the ladies in the office convinced that this was the next best thing in a workout than I was by the concept itself.
