    It should be noted that Charlie probably would have kept going until his ninja class tonight. He finished every one of those rounds in less than 30 seconds and was having a conversation with me from rounds 24-43.

    Allen, this is basic crossfit strong strategy. Whenever your walking into a WOD that is either "every minute on the minute", or, might take a long time in general.... always start complaining about a meeting your worried your going to be late too before the WOD starts.

    If at any point your about to die during the WOD, or, just dont feel like going any futher, act really pissed off, throw some chalk, hit the ground, and storm out of the weight room because your so mad that you cant finish the WOD due to a "Meeting".

    For example.... I cant believe I had to quit at 30 rounds today due to my meeting. I definitely could have gone the full hour! Dammit!
