    I wanted to document the one time Matt decided to do a good workout and not lolly gag! I guess the team wods do add a little motivation.

    Thanks Charlie. Although I only did the rope ascent in 2 out of 4 rounds. If Katherine was going to do rope climbs I should at least attempt a couple.

    Also I learned an important lesson today. Sliding down the rope tears up the Inov8 soles.
