    So...I did a couple things today I never do. I used the 1 pood kettlebell instead of the 1/2 and I did the knees to elbows. I thought, "this is going to be so cool. For once, I will do a workout Rx." I had this goal for myself and felt so proud. It never dawned on me that using bands on pullups was nonRx. So I went through all that trouble and got excited I would be able to put in Rx for this crazy WOD...I guess not.

    So the key to doing all those dips comes from a song that is very dear to me and helps me out a lot. And since its the holidays....I will share my little secret. So every time I get on the ring dips....I think of the song from Freak Nasty, Da Dip. ;)

    @Cat... Sorry for teasing... I as well wish I could dip like Charlie, then I would have been closer to RX (Damn tiny shoulders and those tempting bands).

    As Charlie said, I did get a little loopy toward the end. When I went for my last 11 pull-ups, I grabbed the bar and just starte doing Knees to Elbows. Then KB swings, then in the middle of the burpees, I was like... Why Does this feel familiar? That was when I realized my folly. So, I did a couple extra reps... It may not completely make up for my Non-RX ass, but something has got to give.

    @ Cody & Lindz- I am going to comment since the "High Road" is filled with traffic and terrible drivers, I tend to prefer the less traveled routes.......With that being said I like the long and hard ones as well and I cant wait until 5:30!!

    Lol Allen! 530am was pretty huge. Everyone was soooo fast it seemed. Allen, you were done in no time at all. But you 630rs, yall were really booking it! I was just finishing up from the 530am class and I look over and see Cat finishing up the burpees. I mean, I know, Im kinda slow but whoa, very impressed. Im just happy I didnt have to half anything this time around. Still went over an hour but theres always next year, I suppose. Good luck noon/afternoon classes!

    I was surprised that Woody was non-RX too. I was trying to catch his candyass like everyone else. Woody also accidentally did 3 more events on the last overall round so he gave me a pity present so I could catch up. Thanks Woody!!
