    Great job guys!! You both look awesome and the improvements in your wods/abilities is so cool.  I love hearing about others success because it just reaffirms how important our nutrition really is.

    I was so impressed with the zero cheats, too!!  Seriously.

    And awesome job, Jason!  I bet you feel amazing now, too.  It's pretty sweet to pull on skinny clothes and have them fit :)  

    It's also pretty sweet to be able to do 10 walk-outs and not have to stop for a breather anymore - that's when I knew this stuff was really working.

    I dropped about 19lbs, went from 15.6% body fat to 10.7%.  I improved over 2 minutes in each benchmark wod, and I bought jeans with a waist size that I haven't worn since 1988.  My dress shirt size dropped a half, too.
