Its Just 20lbs!

Who knew air squats and exercises with only 20lbs could be so tough?

After two weeks or a little more, I think I am finally knocking some of the rust off after close to a year of inactivity.  It is far from good, but at least I feel that I am staring to make some progress. 

It can only get better from here.

    So the excercise is WALL BALLS! It is only 20lbs...hahahah...that is great. ;; Remember in Wall Balls that we need to keep a good squat with lumbar support ;;and lifting the ball with our legs and not pivoting 90 degress on our hips. Think of front squat, get your elbows under the ball and explode at the top. Hit your mark, improve your accuracy. Still a good job!
