Crossfit Strong Endurance - Running Skills Workshop - Saturday July 9

Hows that 400 meter run during your WOD? Form breaking down? Out of breath and cant sustain the intensity? Or worse, are you skipping the WOD completely when you see running in the mix? Heres your next opportunity to get a sneak-peak into efficient and injury-free running! Crossfit Strong Endurance is hosting a Running Skills Session to evaluate form, teach drills and offer tips to help you improve your running.    You do not have to be "a runner" or currently participating in Endurance to attend.   This class will be geared towards all levels.

Heres the Scoop!
- Saturday, July 9 @ 8:30am. Well wrap it up in time for the 10am WOD so stick around

- Addison Park Circle - see the weekly schedule for address and to RSVP
- $10 if you are not currently participating in Endurance
- Advance RSVP is required - we will cap the attendance so RSVP is required

- Bring water!
