Crossfit Strong,

Thank you for all of the support this past weekend while I was competing at regionals.  Without your cheers, it is pretty likely I may have not gotten up from those stupid barbell burpees! 

Coaches/Competitors, thank you for working out with me, holding me accountable on my range of motion, and for believing in me.  You helped me get through the tough days of my training.

Gale, your time, energy, and belief allowed me to be prepared for regionals.  You have a busy life and a brand new baby and you still managed to program for me and be there to coach me.  Thank you for all you did to help me get to the next level.  

Hillary, I love you.  Thank you for the sacrifices you made to allow me to commit to my training.  You did so much to help me get prepared and I would not have made it to regionals without your support and love.

Just so you all know, I am still on an eating binge!  I have been eating everything in sight.  When I return to workouts next week, I might be 15 pounds heavier….. see you soon.
