Why do you CrossFit, and why at Strong?

We all have different levels of committment to CrossFit, we all have different thresholds for pain, different motivations, different goals & aspirations, different backgrounds, and different levels of performance.  But we call come to the same place.  CrossFit in general is a unique environment, in that your fellow gym customers actually give a sh*t about how you do, how you grow, and how your life is going. 

So, Im curious - I always think it an interesting discussion.  Some of us have been here for years, some of us for jsut a couple of weeks.  This activity is hard.  We hurt for days afterwards.  Our box is concrete, very cold or very hot, ugly to most, and spartan.  Why do you keep coming?  What got you into the garage door, and of all the boxes in DFW why do you come to Strong, specifically?
