  • My LifeStyle Challenge take 2

    This is the second time I have gone through a full 30 days of the Whole30.  Second time was really easy compared to the first go.  This is by far the best way to lose belly fat.  I lose inches off my waist everytime I stick to a strict or the cheat meals on Saturday only approach.  I lost 5 pounds this time and another 2 inches off my waistline.

  • KB Challenge 2010

    It is that time again. A nice little KB Challenge to finish the year! What a great way to work on so many wonderful little muscles. I like this one better than the burpee challenge. I am thinking a 100 day challenge. Starting October 1st, 2010. The cool thing about this Challenge is you can do it at home as well. We are going to do a bulk order of KBs so that you can keep one at home and use the gym.
